Mindo is built with privacy as a core principle. We don't track you, sell your data, or show ads. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What data we collect
Free plan
Your tasks and preferences are stored locally on your device using browser storage. We do not have access to this data. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Pro plan
When you upgrade to Pro, we store your email address (for authentication), your tasks (for cloud sync), and your subscription status. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What we don't collect
We don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting. We don't collect IP addresses for profiling, browsing history, or device identifiers beyond what's necessary for authentication.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management on the Pro plan. We don't use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies.
Third-party services
If you sign in with Google or GitHub on the Pro plan, their respective privacy policies apply to the authentication process. We only receive your email address and display name — no other data.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your tasks at any time. On the Free plan, clearing your browser data removes everything. On the Pro plan, you can request full account deletion by contacting us at contact@mindo.fun — we'll delete all your data within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Mindo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify Pro users by email of any significant changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
