Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mindo (available at app.mindo.fun), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Mindo is a task management application available as a Progressive Web App. We provide a Free plan with local data storage and a Pro plan with cloud sync and additional features.

The Free plan doesn't require an account. For the Pro plan, you'll need to sign in with Google or GitHub. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 50 tasks. Data is stored locally on your device. We may update the feature set or limits of the Free plan at any time.

The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features will remain active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain full ownership of any content (tasks, notes) you create in Mindo. We don't claim any rights over your content. On the Free plan, your data stays on your device. On the Pro plan, we store it to provide cloud sync.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. On the Free plan, offline functionality ensures your tasks are always accessible on your device.

You can stop using Mindo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your Pro plan data will be deleted within 30 days.

Mindo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Pro users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
